1. John 20:29 – Blessed are those who believe.

A. Luke 24:1-12 – Those who seek factual evidence.

· Heb. 11:1 – True faith is always based on evidence.

· Luke 1:1-4 & John 20:31—Testimony of the disciples.

· Mic. 5:20 & Luke 2:4 – He was born in Bethlehem.

· Matt. 1:18-21 & Isa. 7:14 – He was born of a virgin.

· Matt. 2:1-2 & Num. 24:17 – A star marked His birth.

· Isa. 61:1-2 – The Messiah was to have special power.

· Matt. 26:47-49 & Ps. 41:9 – He would be betrayed.

· Matt. 27; Isa. 50:6; Ps. 22:16-18 – He would be beaten, crucified and His clothing gambled off.

· John 19:31-37 & Ps. 34:20 – His bones were unbroken.

· Luke 3:1 & Dan. 9:24-27 – He came right on time.

· Luke 24:32 – Those who know Him have the evidence.

· Just a sinner saved by grace.

C. John 21:1-19 – Those who hesitate because of their sins.

· John 8:11 - An adulteress forgiven.

· Luke 23:43 – A murderer & thief forgiven.

· John 10:8 – All of us are unworthy.

· John 6:37 – Anyone who comes to Him will be saved.
